We don't assign one customer support representative or manager to each client, but if you ever need us you can reach us on:

– Website live chat.

– Email support@smarcomms.com

Customer support is mostly offered online via tickets, email and live chat. 

However, we do still offer 15 minute customer support calls if there's something you need that cannot be answered via our knowledge base articles or emails. 

Please note that all calls are scheduled and you are likely to wait much longer for a response via phone than if you just send us an email or create a ticket.
